Reservoir has inked pop singer-songwriter RuthAnne to a worldwide pub deal, including titles from her catalog as well as future works. The London-based, Irish-born artist's resume includes work with artists like One Direction, Jojo, Brittney Spears and more. Her co-writes on Spears’ “Work Bitch,” Niall Horan’s “Slow Hands,” and Martin Garrix and Bebe Rexha’s “In the Name of Love,” have collectively amassed 2b+ streams and received Platinum or multi-Platinum certifications.
But she hasn't only worked behind the scenes, as her mystique-producing use of a single-name moniker would suggest. RuthAnne is a featured vocalist on her collab with JRY, “Pray,” which appears on Universal Pictures’ Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack. Her previous singles include “Liquid,” “It Is What It Is,” “The Vow,” and her latest release “Superman,” which dropped last month. RuthAnne is set to launch her debut solo album later this year.
“I’m excited to welcome RuthAnne to the Reservoir family of extraordinary songwriters,” said Reservoir EVP of Creative Donna Caseine. “We are honored to be her creative partner during this exciting time in her career.” RuthAnne adds, “I have been a fan of what Donna and the entire Reservoir team have been doing in the industry for some time now, and I’m excited for all the amazing things to come from working together.”
Seen committing to go by their first names only henceforth are (l-r) Reservoir President and COO Rell Lafargue, Caseine, RuthAnne, and Reservoir Founder/CEO Golnar Khosrowshahi.
