C3 Management has joined forces with Warner Chappell Music to launch C3 Publishing.

Founded by Charlie Walker and Charles Attal of C3 Presents and C3 Management, and led by Russell Baltera, C3 Publishing will work closely with WCM’s A&R, creative services and sync teams to sign and develop artists and writers as well as provide extra services.

Up-and-comer Natalie Jane is the latest artist to ink with C3 Publishing roster, joining acts like Michigander and Wilderado.

With 800m+ global streams, Jane dropped Where am I? (10K Projects/Capitol) in 2023, the same year she earned an iHeartRadio nom for the Social Star award and became the #2 most viewed artist on TikTok. She’s currently on her Where am I Again headline tour and will make stops across the U.S., Germany and the U.K., with more dates to be announced.
