Lexus’ latest marketing campaign, "Emotional Sparks," puts songwriters front and center.
The company partnered with Warner Chappell’s three-time Grammy-nominated duo Nova Wav and Argentinian rapper Ecko, as well as Korean-American R&B artist Audrey Nuna, to create the original song “No Ceiling,” inspired by their in-vehicle experiences. It also arrived alongside a music video, brought to life by dancer/choreographer Zak Ryan Schlegel.
“‘No Ceiling’ captures that limitless feeling you have when you’re driving and your favorite song comes on,” said Nova Wav. “We loved producing this track with Audrey and Ecko and seeing Zak’s moves. The energy of our collaboration comes through in the video and the commercials.”
Additionally, “No Ceiling” will be synced during four :30 second TV spots focusing on the creatives' experiences with the Lexus Teammate™ Advanced Drive Technology in the new LS500h, Remote Park and Plug-In Hybrid Electric technology on the new NX and the 5.0L V8 engine performance of Lexus’ first-ever IS 500.
“At Lexus, our inspiration comes from our guests, and this campaign beautifully showcases the very best of Lexus’ guest passions, energy and excitement,” added Vinay Shahani, VP, Marketing, Lexus.
