Jody Gerson's UMPG has announced the elevation of David Gray and Walter Jones to Co-Heads of A&R for the U.S. Jones will remain in Santa Monica while Gray relocates to the Big Apple.

Gray was previously EVP West Coast A&R; his career CV includes stints as artist, songwriter and TV music exec, with gigs at Zomba, David Massey's Daylight, SYCO Music and more. Jones, who arrived at the pubbery in 2017 as VP Creative, following a seven-year-plus stint at Sony/ATV; he earned a Grammy as co-producer for H.E.R.

"David is a respected and experienced executive who has built tremendous success with Shawn Mendes, the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and Logic.
