Ross Golan has announced the return of the acclaimed podcast "And The Writer Is..." for a fourth season slated for 4/1. The announcement was made during a special podcast episode, available 3/4, featuring Jake Davis, the winner of the podcast's first-ever "And The Writer Is..." songwriting competition.

Golan also announced that he and podcast co-producer, Grammy nominated songwriter Joe London, will be taking their show on the road to SXSW the week of 3/11. They will record an interview with Fugees founding member Wyclef Jean at a SXSW official session. Golan will also lead a SXSW session on the topic of "Song Math" on 3/15.

"And The Writer Is..." kicks off with Jon Bellion with other season four guests including Kip Moore, Death Cab For Cutie's Ben Gibbard, Teddy Geiger, Skylar Grey, Shane McAnally and more.

Hosted by Golan, the podcast has been downloaded in excess of 1.6m times to date, placing it in the top 4% of all podcasts. And The Writer Is... is a joint venture between Big Deal Music Group, Mega House Music, Ross Golan and Joe London and can be downloaded everywhere podcasts are available.
