STEINWAY HEADS TO HALLWOOD
8/11/21

Neil Jacobson's Hallwood Media has added seasoned creative exec Andy Steinway as Senior Vice President. Steinway brings his Grammy-winning songwriter client, Jozzy, who has worked with Pharrell, Metro Boomin, 21 Savage, Coldplay, Lil Nas X and more to the writer/producer management hub.

Steinway joins an expanding Hallwood, which has already earned three #1's in its first year of existence; Hallwood hitmakers have credits on Cardi B's "Up" (Yung DZA), BTS' "Dynamite" (David Stewart) and Polo G's "RAPSTAR" (Murda Beatz).

“Andy and I speak ‘Berklee,’” Neil shared. “What I mean by that, is we both come from the same school where we were immersed and wholly focused on music from the age of 18. We ‘nerd out’ when it comes to how we listen to music and how we analyze talent, music, songs and records. Having him on the team is going to be incredibly valuable, as well as a ton of fun.”

Throughout his career, Steinway has worked directly with some of the biz's top execs, including Larry Jackson and Stellar Songs co-founders Tim Blacksmith and Danny D. Steinway also reps Raissa, an LA-based artist signed to Mark Ronson's Zelig/Columbia.

Steinway commented, “The future of Hallwood Media is bright. I’m thrilled to build something extraordinary with Neil Jacobson, someone I’ve long admired and looked up to. I'm also looking forward to the office kombucha on-tap Neil keeps raving about.”
