Warner Music Group has plenty to celebrate after this year’s Canadian Country Music Award Association Awards as Warner Music Canada was named Record Company of the Year for the fourth consecutive year and Warner Chappell Music Canada took home Music Publishing Company of the Year.

WM Canada country star Brett Kissel emerged as one of the big winners of the night, picking up four awards including Male Artist of the Year and Album of the Year for Now or Never, and giving a virtual performance.

The Washboard Union also took home awards for Group or Duo of the Year for the third consecutive year as well as Roots Album of the Year for Everbound.

Additionally, WCM saw more success with Luke CombsWhat You See Is What You Get, which won Top Selling Album of the Year, and Dallas Smith’s The Fall winning Top Selling Canadian Album of the Year and his single “Drop” being named the Top Selling Canadian Single of the Year.

Other socially distanced performances of the night included Meghan Patrick, and Breland. All participants of this year’s CCMAs received a 24-pack of pure maple syrup for their consuming pleasure.
