REPORT: BRYAN BOWS OUT OF GRAMMY RACE

According to Variety, Warner's Zach Bryan did not submit material for 2025 Grammy Awards consideration. Bryan's The Great American Bar Scene, currently in the Top 10 on the HITS Top 50, is eligible.

The report claims that Bryan did not submit because he does not "feel comfortable with awards shows making music competitive." He has a reputation for going against the grain in virtually every aspect of his career; from tour and ticketing tactics to dismissing radio, the Stagecoach headliner has made it clear he won't be subject to the industry status quo. He recently left Twitter briefly after poking Taylor Swift and her fan base, for which he apologized the next day.

Many felt Bryan was on the receiving end of a massive snub in last year's Best New Artist category, along with general-field omissions for his acclaimed self-titled set and smash single "I Remember Everything" f/Kacey Musgraves. The latter won the Grammy for Best Country Duo/Group Performance.

Bryan has North American arenas booked through 2024 with his Quittin Time Tour. At the moment, Stagecoach is his only date scheduled for 2025.
