WCM LOCKS IN MOOT AND MARSHALL THROUGH 2028

In an SEC filing last week, WMG informed shareholders that Warner Chappell Music co-Chair/CEO Guy Moot and co-Chair/COO Carianne Marshall have signed new employment agreements effective through March 2028.

Among the songwriters retained or re-upped by WC during Moot and Marshall's tenure are Imagine Dragons, Cardi B, Sam Smith, Quincy Jones, Anderson .Paak, Frank Ocean and the Pop Smoke estate. In addition to significantly growing overall revenue, the highly effective tandem has expanded the reach of the division with respect to sync and a creative-services department dedicated to out-of-the-box opportunities.
