The New York Classic Fishing Tournament returned to North Cove Marina for its annual fundraiser on 5/11. Hosted by Crush Music's Bob McLynn and 237 Global's Mark Weiss, the event supported Global Citizen's Power Our Planet campaign, which aims to end extreme poverty. Seen in this bro-tastic photo just before they sneaked off to the fish market to buy something and pretend they'd caught it are (l-r) Weiss, UTA's Eddie Clemens, TMWRK's Andrew McInnes, Masur Griffitts Avidor LLP's Elliot Resnick, TMWRK's Nick Palmacci, McLynn, UTA's David Galea and Global Citizen co-founder/CEO Hugh Evans.

This year’s advisory board included Resnik, Crush's Dan Kruchkow, CAA's Bobby Cory, producer Joey Krutel and Chris Stadler of CVC Capital Partners. Representatives of Crush, 237 Global, Global Citizen, CAA, Amazon Music, UTA, Wasserman and Live Nation partook of the proceedings.

"We are incredibly grateful to Bob and Mark for dedicating this year’s tournament to Global Citizen and our mission," said Evans. "It was a fantastic day in New York Harbor, and we are thankful for everyone from the music industry who came out to help raise money for our Power Our Planet campaign. I can’t wait for next year!"

Over the last decade, Global Citizen has dispersed $41b.
