The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is gearing up for its special 2020 Induction presentation by revealing the star-studded lineup of guests involved.
Debuting on 11/7 at 8:00 pm ET/PT on HBO and streaming on HBO Max, Foo Fighters’ frontman Dave Grohl kicks off the show with an introduction to this year’s inductees: Depeche Mode, The Doobie Brothers, Whitney Houston, Nine Inch Nails, The Notorious B.I.G., T. Rex and Ahmet Ertegun Award honorees Jon Landau and Irving Azoff.
The Hall also revealed other special guests appearing on the pre-taped special including Luke Bryan, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Miley Cyrus, Billy Gibbons, Don Henley, Jennifer Hudson, Billy Idol, Alicia Keys, Adam Levine, Chris Martin, Brad Paisley, Bruce Springsteen, Ringo Starr, Gwen Stefani and more.
“We’re honored to come together with this distinguished group of musicians and artists to celebrate our 2020 class of Inductees,” said Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation President/CEO Joel Peresman.
“While this year’s program will be different than those of years past, we look forward to recognizing their impact on the industry, their fans and the next generation of artists.”
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2020 Induction special, which takes place in lieu of the traditional ceremony originally scheduled for May, was executive-produced by John Sykes, Peresman and Joel Gallen, who also directed the special.
