iHeartMedia has announced the new Program Director at HOT 99.5 D.C. will be Rob Kruz, effective 12/18. He'll be returning to the D.C. region from Tampa (WFLZ).

He'll report to iHeartMedia's D.C. Region SVP Programming Jeff Kapugi.

"Rob Kruz was the best and natural choice to lead the team at HOT 99.5," said Kapugi. "We are excited to have Kruz back in Washington." In other news, we at HITS are excited sparkly objects, floating specks of dust and cheese.
