Meanwhile, the biggest change in the Top 10 will be Republic's Julia Michaels moving from #10 to #7 with "Issues." DJ Khaled's "I'm The One" f/Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance The Rapper and Lil Wayne (We The Best/Epic) is this week's Greatest Gainer, leaping inside the Top 15. Shawn Mendes' "There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back" (Island/Republic) joins the Top 20, while Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee's "Despacito" f/Justin Bieber (UMLE/RBMG/DefJam/Republic) looks poised to make the jump there next week. Joining the chart this week will be "Slow Hands" from Capitol's Niall Horan and RCA's Miley Cyrus, who will launch "Malibu" on the chart just a few days after release.
