Teddy Swims (pictured) and Central Cee are poised for big weeks on the Official U.K. Album Chart, with Cee looking at as many as three new entries on the Singles roundup.
At midweek, Swims' I’ve Tried Everything but Therapy (Part 2) (Warner) is ahead of Cee's Can't Rush Greatness (Columbia) in the race for the top spot, and FKA twigs could score her first Top 5 entry, at #3, with EUSEXUA (Young).
Veteran instrumental rock combo Mogwai is at #4 with its 11th album, The Bad Fire (Rock Action). Toast of London/What We Do in the Shadows actor/musician Matt Berry could open at #7 with Heard Noises (Acid Jazz), his 13th full-length.
Further down, a new Thin Lizzy collection, The Acoustic Sessions (UMe), is eyeing a #21 debut, while Larkin Poe could open at #26 with Bloom (Tricki-Woo).
On Singles, Central Cee and Dave's "CRG" will almost certainly be the top debut, at #4. "GBP," featuring 21 Savage (#6), and "Truth in the Lies," featuring Lil Durk (#13), could augment CC's haul.
Lola Young looks ready to repeat at #1 with "Messy" (Island), Swims' "Bad Dreams" could move 11-8 to return to the Top 10, and penultimate and last but not least, Tate McRae's "Sports Car" (RCA) and Sam Fender's "Arm's Length" (Polydor) are shooting for debuts at 9 and 10, respectively.
