SPOTIFY SHARES FIREAID PLAYLIST

Spotify has created a 66-song FireAid playlist spotlighting the artists playing the massive benefit concerts taking over the Forum and Intuit Dome on 1/30.

In addition to the playlist, Spotify will be supporting FireAid through banners on the platform, as well as other promotions both on and off platform.

The streamer had previously committed a total of $5m to charities serving those affected by the fires, including MusiCares. Joe Hadley, Spotify’s global head of music and audience, said that the DSP was also working with GoFundMe to help individual members of the music community.
