With Super Bowl LIX just around the corner, EA Sports is bringing even more game to the big game with its 99 Club After Party, headlined by Snoop Dogg as DJ SNOOPADELIC.
Following the EA Sports-hosted Madden Bowl on 2/7 at the Orpheum Theater—featuring performances by Chris Stapleton, Jelly Roll, Shaboozey, Tucker Wetmore and Trombone Shorty with the New Breed Brass Band—Snoop will bring his DJ persona to the Double Dealer speakeasy beneath the venue. The invite-only shindig kicks off at 1am and goes ‘til way past our bedtime.
“I’ve been an EA SPORTS and Madden fan since day one, and it’s about time I finally got in the ‘99 Club,’” said Snoop. “The ‘99 Club’ Madden Bowl after party in New Orleans is going to be the spot to shut it down Friday night, and you already know I’m bringing all that Snoop flavor—with a vibe that only DJ SNOOPADELIC can create.”
The evening will also crown the latest Madden Championship Series (MCS) winner, with the event streaming live on Twitch and YouTube at 6 p.m. local time.
Snoop’s DJ gig follows the release of Missionary, his recent Dr. Dre-produced album, and adds another highlight to the weekend’s packed Super Bowl LIX festivities.
EA Music boss Steve Schnur sends his love to L.A. peeps and promises some healing festivity.
