As rosie (BLACKLABEL/Atlantic) opens with 118k+, ROSÉ doesn't just have the highest-charting HITS Top 50 debut this week—she has the highest-charting album ever by a female Korean soloist.
She's also the first female Korean soloist to have an album in the Top 10 of the U.S. and U.K. charts simultaneously.
rosie has of course benefited from the monster streaming performance of lead single "APT." f/Bruno Mars. The cut is #1 at Spotify global, having been streamed nearly 628m times there.
ROSÉ was signed to Atlantic by G (née Gelareh Rouzbehani) and is managed worldwide by BLACKPINK’s producer, Teddy Park, who oversees YG subsidiary BLACKLABEL.
Meanwhile, HITS has concluded that it's never too early in the day for a glass of rosé.
