SPOTIFY EDITORS DROP THEIR PICKS

Spotify has revealed its Editors’ Picks: Best Songs of 2024, an 85-track genre-spanning playlist with selections based on songwriting, musicality, uniqueness and cultural impact.

The playlist builds on Editors’ Picks: Best Songs of the Year (So Far), which was composed of 40 songs—you guessed it, picked by Spotify's editors—that went live over the summer.

Featuring tracks like Ariana Grande’s “we can’t be friends (wait for your love),” Billie Eilish’s “BIRDS OF A FEATHER,” Charli xcx’s “Von Dutch” and Chappell Roan’s “Good Luck, Babe!,” among others, the set also comes to life on the DSP’s Editorial Watch Feed, where listeners can find additional insights from editors.
