DOLGIN TO LEAD DIGITAL AT ATLANTIC MUSIC GROUP

In the first major hire of the Elliot Grainge era at Atlantic Music Group, the company has named Alana Dolgin president of Digital Marketing.

She will also remain president of talent-management and digital-marketing company Homemade Projects, which she's led since 2021.

Dolgin, who will oversee digital marketing for Atlantic, 300 Entertainment and 10K Projects, has already produced big results in hits like ROSÉ and Bruno Mars' “APT.” and Don Toliver’s “NEW DROP.”

“Over the years I've witnessed Alana’s remarkable ability to drive results and inspire teams through innovative thinking and exceptional leadership,” said Atlantic Music Group COO Zach Friedman. “She's the best digital marketer in music and is already making an impact on artist campaigns across Atlantic Music Group.” Based in Los Angeles, Dolgin will report jointly to Friedman and GM Tony Talamo.

“I’m excited to bring my own innovative approach to music marketing through the lens I’ve developed from working in depth with creators and brands over the years,” said Dolgin. “The music ecosystem is more interconnected than it’s ever been and digital is the throughline. I’m grateful that Elliot, Zach and Tony share this vision.”

Dolgin started in the biz at Columbia before working at HITCO, where she drove massive TikTok campaigns for Cardi B and Saint JHN. From there, she oversaw influencer marketing at Flighthouse.
