In the two years since Wasserman acquired Paradigm’s U.K. live business, Schroeder and team have expanded their global client roster, deepened their European footprint and solidified a hold within the electronic-dance market.

Tom's roster includes some of the biggest draws in pop and dance, including Skrillex, Swedish House Mafia, Central Cee, Disclosure, FKA twigs, Nia Archives, RAYE, Zedd and Fred again.., whose business in 2024 has been a game-changer.
