RED BULL JUKEBOX TO SHAKE UP NASHVILLE

Want to watch Brothers Osborne play with a marching band or a bluegrass band? Or Shaboozey (pictured) serve up his boozy "Drink Don't Need No Mix?" How about choosing whether Priscilla Block will cover Riley Green, Jason Aldean, Keith Urban or Paramore, or if BRELAND will welcome a surprise guest from the country, hip-hop or songwriting realms?

Red Bull is putting these set-list decisions and more in the hands of country fans as part of its maiden Red Bull Jukebox concert, 10/2 at Nashville's Ascend Amphitheater. Attendees will wear multicolored wristbands to vote and thus shape performances that night by the aforementioned artists as well as Tucker Wetmore, Muscadine Bloodline and The Castellows.

Ensuring the proverbial dimes are continually pumped into the jukebox, baby, will be Whiskey Jam's Ward Guenther as host and a house band assembled by guitarist-producer Derek Wells. Tickets go on sale Friday (7/12).

Red Bull Jukebox is also staging a competition for one lucky songwriter to win a trip to record at Red Bull Music Studios in Los Angeles and receive one-on-one mentoring from biz experts. We're sad to report that our entry was summarily rejected.
