TOP 50: TAYLOR ROLLS A LUCKY SEVEN

Taylor Swift’s THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT (Republic) spends a seventh week at #1 on the HITS Top 50 after racking up another 146k. It's enough to hold off Billie Eilish’s HIT ME HARD AND SOFT (Darkroom/Interscope), which stays at #2 for the third straight week, and the debuting GOLDEN HOUR : Part.1 from KQ/RCA’s ATEEZ. The latter two albums are separated by a mere 103 units—how’s that for a photo finish?

Shaboozey’s Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going (American Dogwood/EMPIRE) bows at #5, buoyed by his smash single, “A Bar Song (Tipsy).” That slots him just below Morgan Wallen’s evergreen One Thing at a Time (Big Loud/Mercury/Republic), while Wallen’s Dangerous bookends Shaboozey at #6.

Gunna’s One of Wun (Young Stoner Life) moves up one slot to #7, while Amusement/Island’s Chappell Roan enters the Top 15 for the first time with The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess.

Streeting this week are new albums from Island’s Bon Jovi, Epic’s Meghan Trainor, Since 93/RCA’s Tems, RECORDS Nashville’s Matt Stell and RCA’s Kaytranada, with Big Machine’s Carly Pearce and an archival release from Paul McCartney & Wings (MPL) arriving on 6/14.
