U.K. CHARTS: BILLIE, SABRINA WEAR THE CROWNS

Billie Eilish has scored her third U.K. Official Albums #1 with HIT ME HARD AND SOFT (Interscope), while over on the Official Singles tally, Sabrina Carpenter's "Espresso" (Island) spends a fourth week on top.

HIT ME HARD AND SOFT shifted 67.1k units this week, marking the second-biggest opening week for an album in the U.K. this year and a personal best for Eilish. Her debut, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, sold 48.4k units in its opening week in 2019.

Elsewhere amid the Top 10 albums, Zayn's Room Under the Stairs (Republic) is new at #3, while Portishead's Beth Gibbons lands at #7 with her debut solo album, Lives Outgrown (Domino). Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash opens at #8 with Orgy of the Damned (Snakepit/Gibson), a star-studded blues album featuring Steven Tyler, Iggy Pop, Chris Stapleton and AC/DC's Brian Johnson.

On the singles chart, "Espresso" was the most-streamed track of the week 8.3m plays. Three tracks from HIT ME are in the Top 10, with "Lunch" at #2, "Chihiro" at #7 and "Birds of a Feather" at #9.

Shaboozey's breakout hit "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" (American Dogwood/Empire) jumps 4-3, while outside the Top 10, Chappell Roan's "Good Luck, Babe" (KRA/Island) returns to its previous peak at #18.
