Fresh from wowing the crowds at Coachella, Grammy-winning música Mexicana sensation Peso Pluma has signed with CAA for all areas. Mac Clark, Rudy Lopez Negrete, Omar Garcia and Darryl Eaton will lead the Pluma team. The agency previously had a branding deal in place with the artist.
The award-winning singer-songwriter, managed by George Prajin of Prajin Parlay and repped by Prajin Parlay for live before his new engagement with CAA, will launch his Live Nation-produced Éxodo Tour 5/28 at Minneapolis' Target Center and headline several festivals in the U.S. and Mexico in the coming months, playing nearly 40 dates. Pluma’s highly anticipated second studio album, also named Éxodo, is expected in a matter of weeks.
Pluma’s debut LP, GÉNESIS, was named Best Música Mexicana Album at the 2024 Grammys and became the highest-charting Mexican album in history. The set has also garnered a variety of other awards, including four iHeartRadio Music Awards and wins for Best Album, Regional Mexican, and Best Collaboration, Regional Mexican, at the 2024 Latin American Music Awards. In 2023, Peso's smash collaboration with Eslabon Armado, “Ella Baila Sola,” amassed 1.2b streams. He's currently the fifth-most-streamed artist globally, boasting more than 60 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
In just over two years, Pluma has gone from relative unknown to selling out arenas and headlining such major festivals as Sueños, Governors Ball, Baja Beach Fest and Tecate Pal Norte.
