YEAR-END: TAY, WALLEN LEAD AT APPLE MUSIC

Apple Music has unveiled its year-end charts and Replay capsules (your most-listened-to songs and artists).

Republic's Taylor Swift was named 2023 Artist of the Year, setting the record for the most listeners in a single year. In the first 10 months of 2023, 65 of her songs appeared on the daily global Top 100 chart.

Big Loud/Mercury/Republic's Morgan Wallen takes #1 on the Top Songs of 2023: Global with "Last Night." "Last Night" was also the country song with the most days at #1 on the global daily Top 100, and Wallen had the platform's biggest album of 2023 with One Thing at a Time.

Other highlights include TDE/RCA's SZA, who had the second-biggest album of the year with SOS and the #3 song globally with "Kill Bill," and the música Mexicana genre, which went from never having charted a song at year's end to enjoying four in the Top Songs of 2023: Global, led by Eslabon Armado & Peso Pluma's "Ella Baila Sola."
