At Top 40, RCA's Team Rothschild has Doja Cat's "Paint the Town Red" (Kemosabe) hanging in the #1 spot on the chart for a fourth week and Tate McRae's "greedy" taking a big jump up to #5. Arista's Petropoulos troupe has Paul Russell's "Lil Boo Thang" joining the Top 10. Interscope's Romano & Lopes squad has Billie Eilish's "What Was I Made For?" (Darkroom) also making that Top 10 jump. Republic's Spangler gang has Taylor Swift's "Is It Over Now?" climbing up quickly and landing in the Top 20 this week, and Warner's Chester & Reich crew debuts Dua Lipa's newly released "Houdini," which looks Top 30 bound.
At Rhythm, meanwhile, Epic’s Sack and Dontay have a rare feat on their hands with two records from the same artist in the Top 3; Travis Scott’s "MELTDOWN" f/Drake (Cactus Jack) hits #1 this week, while "I KNOW?" climbs to #3. Davey Dee and Republic have Drake’s "Rich Baby Daddy" f/Sexyy Red (OVO) moving up to #7, as Epic also takes Tyla’s "Water" to #11 this week with another 500-spin increase. Dixie and Capitol enter the Top 30 with Offset’s "WORTH IT" f/Don Toliver, as does Republic with Lil Tecca’s "500lbs." Look for Republic to also debut 41’s "Bent" this week.
And at Modern Rock, Columbia’s Lisa Sonkin gets a fifth week at #1 with blink-182’s smash hit “ONE MORE TIME.” Warner’s Rob Goldklang and Crush’s Garrett Capone have Green Day’s “The American Dream Is Killing Me” at #2, which is the only competition that could overtake blink-182 for the top spot before the year ends. Columbia’s Sonkin also has Cannons’ “Loving You” entering the Top 10, while Island/Republic’s The Last Dinner Party makes a strong move to the Top 15 with “Nothing Matters.” Hitting the Top 20 is BMG/Rise’s Sum 41 with “Landmines” and AWAL’s Lovejoy with “Normal People Things,” and The Orchard’s Scott Burton gets a nice debut with lovelytheband’s “Nice to Know You.”
