FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES & APPLE MUSIC

The first full-length release from Karol G since she signed her mega-deal with Interscope is dominating the iTunes and Apple Music charts this Flipover Friday.

Karol G’s MAÑANA SERA BONITO (Bichota Season) (Bichota/Interscope), a 10-track set that builds on the like-titled album she released earlier in the year, is #1 on the sales side and #3 at Apple Music.

Back at iTunes, Kelsea Ballerini’s Rolling Up the Welcome Mat (For Good) (Black River), an extension of the EP she put out in February, is #2, followed by Ryan Bingham’s Watch Out for the Wolf (BRC/Thirty Tigers) at #3. The Death of Randy (FUGA), the first album in 11 years from Swedish garage rockers The Hives, parks at #5.

KB’s His Glory Alone II (Provident) shines at #6. Neil Young’s Chrome Dreams (Other Shoe/Reprise), an album recorded and shelved in 1977, shifts into #9, and REASON’s Porches (TDE) takes a seat at #10.

Swifties, clearly enchanted by the news that 1989 (Taylor’s Version) is just 11 weeks away, are restocking their collections en masse as 10 of Taylor’s albums hold court in the Top 40.

Over at Apple Music, YTB Fatt’s Wednesday release, Who Is Fatt (Loaf Boyz Ventures/10K Projects), is #9.

BTS V has the top two entries at iTunes songs, “Rainy Days” and “Love Me Again” (BIGHIT). Kelsey Lamb’s self-released “You Made Me” is also new at #9.
