To solemnify the partnership of Interscope Geffen A&M and the Josh Marshall-founded label Mogul Vision, Interscope EVP/co-Head of A&R Nicole Wyskoarko and EVP of A&R Tim Glover flanked the young entrepreneur for this dynamic photo, which they promised would appear on a much more respectable website than ours. Marshall also manages d4vd (who inked with Darkroom/Interscope), KennyHoopla and Rubi Rose (whom Marshall signed to the new label), among other artists.
The first release under the alliance is Gigi Perez's debut EP, How To Catch a Falling Knife.
“Over the last few years, we’ve worked closely with Josh on a number of successful projects,” said Wyskoarko. "He has an amazing ability to identify new artists across a number of genres and we’re looking forward to continuing our work with him via this new deal.”
IGA Chairman John Janick praised Marshall's "incredible track record at identifying unique artists early in their careers," while Marshall tipped his hat to Janick, IGA Vice Chairman Steve Berman, Wyskoarko and the entire Interscope team.
Later, the celebration continued with gluten-free muffins.
