UTA and partner KLUTCH Sports Group have opened new offices in Atlanta. The collaboration is the first among the major talent, sports, entertainment and marketing agencies to establish a full-service base of operations there.
“Atlanta is a vibrant city for music, sports and the arts, and it's ripe to become another center of gravity for film and television," UTA CEO Jeremy Zimmer said. "We're excited to bring our full range of services to the community of talented artists, athletes, musicians and creators who call the Southeast home.”
UTA Atlanta Co-Heads Steve Cohen and Rob Gibbs stated in a joint statement, “Atlanta is an entertainment and cultural hub and planting our flag here gives us the ability to support clients with investments and opportunities across the city’s growing creative ecosystem.”
Located on Peachtree Street in the arts-and-business district of Midtown Atlanta, UTA will occupy close to 20,000 square feet on three floors. The space was designed by Hastings Architecture, the same firm that designed UTA’s office in Nashville.
The new location will also serve as a home for The UTA Artist Space, which will showcase exhibitions and programming from the local arts community and UTA’s global roster of fine artists. The inaugural show will feature Atlanta artist-musician Lonnie Holley in the first exhibition of his work in the city in more than 10 years. The agency's Atlanta outlet adds to UTA’s network of facilities in Beverly Hills, Nashville, New York, Chicago and London. We have been banned from each and every one.
