Spotify has launched the U.S. version of its RADAR Songwriters program. Hallwood Media's Beach Noise, the Grammy-winning songwriting/production trio behind six tracks on Kendrick Lamar's Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, is its inaugural beneficiary.
“We are super stoked to be a part of the RADAR Songwriters campaign," Beach Noise said in unison. "We've been huge users of Spotify since the very beginning, so to be highlighted on its platform is very special to us. Songwriting is the core of music, where emotion, experimentation and passion all come together to create something unique, which allows us to express our love for music and connect with others through it."
RADAR Songwriters, an extension of Spotify's global RADAR artist initiative, is a four-week campaign helping songwriters amplify their brands and elevate their careers via marketing, content and editorial support. Participants also receive a dedicated "written by" playlist and songwriter page.
Seen thanking the heavens that we are firmly off their radar are (l-r) Johnny Kosich, Matt Schaeffer and Jake Kosich.
