LIVE NATION INTRODUCES FAIR TICKETING ACT

During its Q4 2022/year-end earnings call, Live Nation introduced its FAIR Ticketing Act. The proposal offers guidelines for Congress to protect artists' ability to control ticket pricing.

Among the talking points: giving artists control of resale markets, banning phony or deceptive tickets, expanding the Better Online Ticket Sales Act of 2016, a crackdown on resale sites/scalpers and national adoption of all-in pricing.
