UMG SPREADS GOODWILL VIA AUCTION

Universal Music Group is holding an auction to support charities such as World Central Kitchen and Planned Parenthood. No, Sir Lucian isn’t going to shout “going once, going twice” and bang a gavel; bids will be handled online.

The Music 4 Good auction, in partnership with Charitybuzz, starts today with offerings like tickets to Billie Eilish’s Happier Than Ever, The Hometown Encore in Los Angeles and an A&R session with Republic Records in New York. Proceeds will benefit participating artists’ favorite charities.
