FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES & APPLE MUSIC

Lainey Wilson’s second LP, three metal collections and an expanded Beatles album are among the new arrivals in the iTunes Top 10 this Flipover Friday as Rihanna faces some competition for the top slot at iTunes songs.

Wilson’s Bell Bottom Country (This Is Hit/Broken Bow) sits at #2 behind you-know-who, one slot ahead of the 63-track Super Deluxe version of The Beatles’ Revolver (Apple/Capitol/UMe).

The trio of metal albums starts with Fit for a King’s The Hell We Create (Solid State) at #4, follows up with Demon Hunter’s Exile (Weapons MFG) at #5 and wraps with Polyphia’s Remember That You Will Die (Rise/BMG) at #8. Pentatonix’s Holidays Around the World (RCA) decorates #6. Westside Gunn’s 10 (Griselda/Empire) hits #7 and Trampled by TurtlesAlpenglow (Banjodad/ Thirty Tigers) crawls into #9.

Kodak Black’s Kutthroat Bill: Vol 1 (Atlantic) lies outside the Top 10 at iTunes but is the top new arrival at Apple Music, where it's #6. The deluxe edition of Baby Keem’s year-old The Melodic Blue (Columbia) is #8 on the streaming side.

At iTunes songs, BTSJIN has the early morning lead as “The Astronaut” (Bighit) blasts off at #1. “Lift Me Up” (Westbury Road/Roc Nation/Def Jam), Rihanna’s track from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, resides right behind it at #2. "Lift" has also made its way into the Top 20 at Apple Music in the first 12 hours of its release.
