Taylor Swift smashed multiple Spotify records with the first-day performance of Midnights (Republic). The album earned 88m streams in the U.S. its first day while achieving 185m global streams.

Among the records Swift now holds on Spotify:

• Midnights' 185m global streams is the biggest album debut of all time (a record previously held by Drake's Certified Lover Boy).
• Midnights had the biggest U.S. debut of all time and the most single-day streams ever for an album, with 88m (previously achieved by Drake).
• "Anti-Hero" is now the biggest chart debut of all time on Spotify, with 17.4m streams its first day.
• "Anti-Hero" became the biggest chart debut ever in the U.S. and earned the most U.S. single-day streams of all time, with 7.78m (previously held by Drake f/Lil Baby's "Girls Want Girls").
• Swift became the most-streamed artist in a single day, surpassing the record achieved by Bad Bunny earlier this year.
• Swift now holds the top 5 biggest debuts of all time: #1, "Anti-Hero," 17.39m; #2, "Lavender Haze," 16.42m; #3, "Snow on the Beach," 15m; #4, "Maroon," 14.4m; and #5, "You're on Your Own, Kid," 12.8m
• Swift holds the four biggest global chart debuts in Spotify history: #1, "Anti-Hero"; #2, "Lavender Haze"; #3, "Maroon"; and #4, "Snow on the Beach."
