Eurovision 2023 will be held in Liverpool with the final ceremony taking place at the M&S Bank Arena on 5/13.
Liverpool—known as the home of The Beatles—beat 19 other cities to claim the host title for what will be the 67th Eurovision. The U.K. is hosting next year on behalf of Ukraine, due to the ongoing war with Russia.
The 11k capacity venue will be required for two semi-final events on 5/9 and 5/11 and the grand finale, all of which will be live.
Music-related events booked for the arena around the same time include Elton John’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour on 4/22-23. Whether that will now fit in around the preparations for Eurovision remains to be seen.
