AEG'S WILD WEEKENDS

Team AEG Presents is recovering from a festive weekend, with another on the way. Weekend one of London’s All Points East festival did brisk business and earned strong U.K. press. Headliners for the first foray included Gorillaz and The Chemical Brothers, while weekend two will be led by Tame Impala, The National, Disclosure and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Stateside, the company enjoyed a sunny weekend at the Rose Bowl with the Head in the Clouds festival, in partnership with 88rising. AEG next turns its attention to Paris (with AEG European Festivals Head Jim King leading the team) as the 40k-cap Rock en Seine plugs in. Arctic Monkeys, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Tame Impala and Stromae lead the charge. Attendees are advised to line up early at the snack stands—the escargots will be going fast.
