SIRIUS XM'S HOT FOR CHILI PEPPERS

Red Hot Chili Peppers are getting their own SiriusXM channel on Friday to coincide with the release of their new Warner album, Unlimited Love. The channel will showcase live performances, studio tracks and music personally selected by the band.

Whole Lotta Red Hot, channel 315 on your SiriusXM dial, will launch with an exclusive track-by-track commentary from the band and, on 4/1 at 6pm ET/PT, feature a never-before-aired 2006 concert at The Forum.

RHCP will perform later this year at the Apollo Theater as part of SiriusXM’s Small Stage Series.

Said Scott Greenstein, SiriusXM president and Chief Content Officer, "Through the decades, Red Hot Chili Peppers have been the rarest of rock bands, blending multiple musical genres and artistically pushing well beyond their early days of alternative rock to reach a worldwide audience. We are excited to bring our subscribers this special channel created with the band and delivering a unique audio experience for all Red Hot Chili Peppers fans.”
