WILLIE NELSON TO OPEN HOUSTON'S 713 MUSIC HALL

Live Nation has announced the opening schedule for its new Houston venue, 713 Music Hall. Willie Nelson & Family are set to headline the grand opening on 11/17, with RÜFÜS DU SOL, Whiskey Myers, Khruangbin and more to appear thereafter.

Named after Houston's area code and managed by Venue Nation, the 5,000-capacity concert venue is housed in the downtown development POST Houston. As such, it will help transform the historic Barbara Jordan Post Office into a hub for culture, food, shopping and recreation, with an expected 100 events annually.

Said Venue Nation president Sherri Sosa, “Music is all about connection, and we are proud the 713 Music Hall reps its hometown in such a great way as it connects artists with fans in Houston. We can’t wait to open the doors and bring even more live music to the city.”
