After Kanye West hosted an album-listening party Sunday night in Las Vegas, the biz and fans are wondering if Ye's tenth studio album, DONDA, will arrive on Friday. Travis Scott, Tyler, The Creator, Post Malone, Pusha T, Baby Keem, Playboi Carti, Griselda and Lil Baby are among the stars rumored to be on the project, which would drop via Def Jam once it's delivered.
The rapper/producer/billionaire played the album for hundreds of VIPs on Sunday, wearing a mask that covered his entire head. Along with the reports of featured artists, rumors are swirling that there's another album event slated for Thursday at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
Kanye's last album was 2019's Jesus Is King, which won Best Contemporary Christian Album at the 63rd Grammys. A film was also made as part of the album release.
Will West deliver an album on Friday? Who knows? Stay tuned for updates throughout the week. In the meantime, we'll keep a bag packed for a spontaneous trip to Jackson Hole just in case.
