CARTER JOINS SOUNDCLOUD BOARD

Troy Carter has joined SoundCloud's Board of Directors and will serve as a strategic adviser to CEO Michael Weissman and the company’s board.

Carter, CEO/Founder of Q&A, will be called upon to provide advice on new business models, artist development and artist services. SoundCloud is in the process of transforming into a music entertainment business focused on building more direct relationships with artists, labels and fans.
