STIEFEL SELLS PUBCO

Arnold Stiefel and Randy Phillips have sold their publishing company to Primary Wave Music Publishing. The deal for Gasoline Alley Inc. encompasses the company's publishing and master income stream joint venture with Universal Music Publishing Group.

The acquisition includes works from a majority of the artists signed to Gasoline Alley such as Sublime and Shai’s "If I Ever Fall In Love."
