CODY CLIMBS AT AEG

AEG Presents has promoted Fredrick Lauzier—who's more likely to respond if you address him as Cody—to SVP of Global Touring and Talent. His boss, President of Global Touring and Talent Gary Gersh, made the announcement.

In this new job, Lauzier will take an expanded role in all touring operations, including ticketing, production and overall global strategy, working closely with Gersh and the entire team.

“Cody has an incredible level of passion and commitment that’s inspiring to everyone around him,” remarked Gersh. “He’s a critical member of our team, and he has an unreal instinct in terms of artist development and trends.”

Lauzier was previously VP and GM of AEG’s Global Touring division.

“AEG has been my home for the past 13 years, and I’ve been honored to play a part in our growth and continued success,” Lauzier offered in his quote.

Cody began his career at AEG in 2007, rising through the ranks by helping to promote festivals and tours for Goldenvoice, Concerts West and AEG Global Touring. He has worked with such artists as Katy Perry, Tyler, The Creator, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cage the Elephant and Panic! At the Disco.

Lauzier current activities include overseeing Sturgill Simpson’s Good Look’n Tour and Rammstein’s upcoming stadium dates.
