Based on early reads, here's what Kanye West's hotly anticipated, widely discussed new album looks set to do in its debut week, as well as a peek at one other significant release.

Kanye's last album, Ye, did 208k its first week in June of 2018. After one day, Jesus Is King looks likely to beat it by a wide margin. Ye had seven tracks, whereas the new set has 11. Ten of those tracks make up the current Top 10 at Apple Music, while the 11th is #12; only Selena Gomez breaks up Kanye's dominion. The album is #1 at iTunes.

In political news, Rudy Giuliani just repeatedly butt-dialed an NBC reporter and left multiple voice messages in which he seemed to be conducting shadow foreign policy and said he'd need "a few hundred thousand dollars." You can fill in your own joke; we've got nothing.
