On Tuesday morning, as the L.A. staff was brewing coffee, working out, checking email and/or looking at this site in preparation for heading into the office, SiriusXM announced the arrival of Denise Karkos as its new Chief Marketing Officer, reporting to President Sales, Marketing and Operations Jennifer Witz. Karkos was previously Chief Marketing Officer at TD Ameritrade.
