Green & Bloom/Topline multitasker Billy Mann regales Presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg with an off-color anecdote that tested off the charts in Iowa. The occasion for this photo op was a fundraiser Billy held for Mayor Pete in Connecticut; Pete's work on behalf of kids with special needs is a key issue for Billy, whose last fundraiser was for a little-known Senator named Obama.
