SONG REVENUE CHART: PLAYOFF FEVER

The top earners on our latest Song Revenue Chart are an intriguing mix of prodigious rookies and cagey veterans. Lil Nas X (one of the former) gets a key assist from Billy Ray Cyrus (one of the latter), as “Old Town Road” (Columbia) once again takes in north of $300k for the win.

Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber, two artists in the peak years of their careers, join forces in the manner of modern-day NBA stars and light up the scoreboard with $273k for “I Don’t Care” (Atlantic/Def Jam).

Youngster Logic is similarly lifted by the presence of perennial All Star Eminem on “Homicide” (Def Jam), which hangs on at #4 in its second week. But Billie Eilish, another Rookie of the Year candidate, requires no help in rising two slots to #3 on a 6% uptick with “Bad Guy” (Darkroom/Interscope). Ditto for her labelmate DaBaby, whose “Suge” finishes just out of the Top 5, registering the biggest jump in the entire Top 50 at +19%.

The Top 50 marketshare pie is sliced up as follows: UMG 55%, WMG 22%, Sony Music 22%, everybody else 1%.
