Backstage at his sold-out show at L.A.'s Staples Center, Sir Elton John receives a plaque commemorating gold sales of his greatest-hits set from UMG boss Sir Lucian Grainge and UMe chief Bruce Resnikoff. Just after this photo was snapped, Bruce changed into his rhinestone-encrusted platforms and Donald Duck suit and totally crushed the choreography.
