SAM, LOGIC TEAM UP FOR DOUBLE DOSE OF SINCERITY

A new version of Sam Smith’s “Pray” featuring additional vocals from Logic has just been released by Capitol.

Smith wrote the song—the original version of which appears on his album The Thrill of It All—after spending five days in Mosul with the charity War Child. “We are all looking around at what’s happening in the world, and it is just messed up,” he noted. “You’ve got no choice but to look up to the sky and put your hands together and pray for something to happen.”

The North American leg of The Thrill Of It All arena tour, which begins 6/18 at Air Canada Centre in Toronto, includes dates at Barclays Center (6/27), Madison Square Garden (6/29-30), Honda Center in Anaheim (8/25) and Staples Center (8/28-29).
