R.I.P. JORDAN FELDSTEIN

Jordan Feldstein, the longtime manager of Maroon 5, died Friday in Los Angeles. He was 40.

The Los Angeles coroner confirmed Feldstein’s death to Variety, which broke the news.

In the last year, Feldstein’s Career Artist Management (CAM) had added Elle King, Miguel and Chromeo to a roster of nearly 20 clients, among them Robin Thicke and A$AP Rocky.

A childhood friend of Maroon 5’s Adam Levine, Feldstein had been growing CAM over the last couple of years, uniting with Tap Management (Lana Del Rey) and bringing on manager Chace Johnson.

Feldstein founded CAM after working for ICM and Bill Leopold Management. Live Nation has owned CAM since 2010.

Feldstein was the son of costume designer Sharon Lyn and business manager Richard Feldstein, whose clients include Guns N’ Roses. His siblings are the actors Jonah Hill and Beanie Feldstein. He's survived by two sons.

Live Nation and Roc Nation issued the following statement:

We are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Jordan Feldstein and extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. Jordan was a gifted manager whose artists benefited greatly from his guidance and talents. He will be missed by his Live Nation and Roc Nation family.
