Columbia U.K. has two newly named co-Managing Directors, with President Ferdy Unger-Hamilton promoting GM Stacey Tang and hiring Manish Arora, the respected ;promo man at his previous stomping ground of UMG's Polydor.

Marketing expert Tang joined Columbia Records in 2012 and was promoted to GM in 2015. She has played a pivotal role in global campaigns for artists including Calvin Harris, Arcade Fire, Foo Fighters, Harry Styles and the label's most recent breakthrough, Rag’n’Bone Man.
